Production and Factory Management (Confectionery Product)
1. Team Leadership:
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
2. Communication:
• Communicate effectively with the Managing Director, other departments, and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on factory performance and any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A bachelor's degree or master’s degree in related filed with Economic background.
- Good conceptual thinking and analytical skills.
- Initiative and proactive in identifying key risk issues.
- Having ability to manage multiple projects effectively and independently
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
- Knowledge and skills in Food Science or Product Research and Development, it will be given special consideration.
