Main Responsibilities: 1.Production System Maintenance: •Manages reporting in a manner that is timely and error free. 2.Database/Output Services: Set Up •Checks understanding and requirement as per request. •Build all databases subject to data entry changes as per change control process. 3.Database Preparation (On-going): Itemization maintenance, validation, report inspection •Maintaining itemizations: following coding rules and procedures, coding of new products, check linking and coding. 4.Database Administration (On-going): Purchase base preparation, scheduling, in house reporting, and client reporting. •Purchase base preparation: processing purchase base, checking basic control file with DV team 5.Quality Control •Coordinates with DV team: DV changes / New Products, ensuring any DV changes do not adversely impact Client Report Quality. 6.Client Service Support •Central point for all aggregated/electronic data delivery client queries (via client service). •Deals in solutions for these client queries in co-ordination with Production assistant manager and Production Supervisor (Directs technical / installations, application failures to appropriate source) •Control of the client database (report/database delivery) 7.Master File Update (Dictionary file) •Product master file update and cleanup to help improve overall panel data quality. •Co-ordinates with Dictionary Keeper (from DV TEAM) on all aspects of dictionary updates.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Statistics or related fields.
  2. Fresh graduate with relevant degree is welcome
  3. Experience in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word).
  4. Able to communicate in English (fair speaking & email writing)
  5. Positive thinking, energetic, and team player.
  6. Good interpersonal and customer-oriented
  7. Ability to work under time pressure.
