Conduct customer research where required to gain understanding of customers’ needs as well as understanding on market landscape and competition.
Evaluates and analyses the product (UI/ UX, Functionalities) along with the market and benchmarking the products with competitors in the CRM industry.
Plans short-term and long-term roadmap, oversees innovation and improvement of business products
Works closely with IT, Designer, Sales, Marketing, and other Teams to deliver the business's product into the market.
