Lead Store Operations:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations (opening/closing, cash handling, inventory).
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Drive Sales and Profitability:
- Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Analyze sales data and find opportunities for growth.
- Monitor expenses and control costs.
Manage and Develop the Team:
- Train and supervise store staff.
- Set performance goals, provide feedback, and create a motivating work environment.
- Schedule shifts
Deliver Excellent Customer Service:
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues.
- Create a positive shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
Oversee Visual Merchandising:
- Optimize product placement and visual displays to attract customers and increase sales.
Support Marketing Efforts:
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
