Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess visual acuity and overall eye health.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and provide guidance on lens materials, coatings, and specialized options.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear frames based on their facial features, personal style, and prescription needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Train new staff on eye examination procedures, lens selection, and customer service protocols.
- Mentor and coach newly hired optometrists, providing guidance on technical dispensing, troubleshooting, and customer query handling.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and eyewear technology.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Monthly Incentive: Base on company Structure
Loyalty Bonus: Quaterly 1,000
Toiec Certificate:
600+ add 1,000 per month
700+ add 2,000 per month
800+ add 3,000 per month

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Licensed optometrist in Thailand.
- Knowledge of optical science, lens technologies, and frame styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Thai and English.
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements.
- Passion for customer service.
