• Oversee the overall operations management of the Thailand factory, responsible for the factory's business outcomes, including sales, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and human resources.
• Develop and implement factory development strategies, annual business objectives, and future development goals, ensuring alignment with headquarters' strategic objectives.
• Build a high-efficiency management team and establish comprehensive management systems and workflows.
• Responsible for factory budget planning, cost control, and achieving profit targets.
• Ensure factory production operations comply with local laws, regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with local government, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Report factory operations to headquarters in a timely manner and propose improvement suggestions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in senior management at large manufacturing enterprises, managing diverse teams of over 500 people.
- Experience in smart home appliance manufacturing, automotive electronics PCBA manufacturing (experience in the energy storage industry is a plus).
- Familiar with ISO 9001/TS 16949 quality management systems, proficient in Lean Production and Six Sigma efficiency optimization tools.
- Experience in Southeast Asia or Thailand is preferred.
- Proficient in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; Thai language skills are a plus.
- Willing to work long-term overseas (Thailand).
- Familiar with Thailand's investment policies, laws, regulations, and business environment.
- Experience in establishing new factories or factory relocation.
- Supply chain management experience.
- Experience in new energy or smart manufacturing fields.
