Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for interpreting and applying the policies of the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) to ensure that company projects comply with BOI policy requirements.
2.Responsible for the declaration, follow-up, maintenance, and optimization of the company's BOI projects, including but not limited to project application, data collection, document preparation, and submission.
3.Responsible for communication and coordination with BOI and related government departments, maintaining good government relations, and ensuring the smooth progress of projects.
4.Responsible for monitoring changes in BOI policies, updating company internal policies and processes in a timely manner, and providing support for company decision-making.
5.Responsible for training and promoting BOI-related knowledge within the company, enhancing the team's understanding and application of BOI policies.
Main Responsibilities
1.New BOI project applications (raw materials, equipment spares)
2.BOI project updates (process routes, material BOM, machinery and equipment lists)
3.Daily import release
4.Export raw material write-off inventory, IC system inventory control
5.Import material customs clearance tracking
6.Import and export logistics ledger
7.Equipment write-off (nuclear write-off after five years of import)
8.Apply for payment of import and export logistics costs, follow up after payment
9.Application for scrapping of equipment, raw materials, and spares
10.Import of old equipment - BOI import equipment process
11.BOI asset ledger management - a set of equipment codes need to be matched with our existing asset codes during application
12.Other BOI matters
Requirements
1.Educational Background: Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.

- Educational Background: Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience, with BOI project operation experience preferred
- Language Skills: Thai native, English as a working language.
- Professional Skills: Familiar with Thai tax laws and BOI policies, with good financial analysis and project management skills.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit, ability to work independently and withstand work pressure.
