Job Summary:
Seeking a highly organized specialist to manage international shipping, import/export compliance, and e-commerce logistics. This role oversees documentation, customs clearance, and global fulfillment operations while optimizing e-commerce supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities include cross-border shipping, managing online sales platform logistics, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export & Import Operations
- Manage end-to-end import/export processes, ensuring trade compliance.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations).
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
- Negotiate cost-effective shipping solutions.

2. E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment
- Oversee international shipping for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Optimize e-commerce supply chain, including warehousing, inventory, and last-mile delivery.
- Ensure accurate duty and tax calculations for global shipments.
- Track shipping costs, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.

3. E-Commerce Store & Product Oversight
- Manage e-commerce store operations and ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Coordinate with agencies for smooth store management and order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels, update pricing, promotions, and product listings.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize online performance.

4. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure accuracy of import/export documentation.
- Stay updated on trade regulations, tariffs, and HS code classifications.
- Manage country-specific import/export requirements.

5. Coordination & Reporting
- Align logistics with sales, finance, and marketing teams.
- Troubleshoot shipping/customs issues.
- Monitor key logistics and e-commerce metrics, providing reports on efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's in International Business, Logistics, or related field.- Experience: 2-5 years in export/import, shipping, or e-commerce logistics.- Knowledge: International trade regulations, customs procedures, HS codes, Incoterms, and e-commerce fulfillment.- Skills: * Strong organization and problem-solving. * Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Fluent in English and Thai.
