รายละเอียดงาน
1.Responsible for the daily management of process quality, laboratory, system, quality service, quality control, incoming materials and suppliers and other quality related business to meet the company's quality requirements;
2.Supervise product quality changes, collect timely feedback on all kinds of quality information and quality target fulfillment, and promote relevant departments to follow up and improve;
3.Handle customer complaints about product delivery quality, promote quality improvement, and enhance product quality and customer satisfaction;
4.Planning, implementing and reviewing management activities to ensure process stability and improvement to enhance product quality and reliability;
5.Responsible for the management of quality, environment, occupational safety and other systems, coordinate and provide management resources to promote the effective operation of the management system.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in science and engineering related majors;
- More than 5 years of quality related work experience;
- Familiar with the standards and system operation, familiar with the manufacturing process and quality control methods;
- Familiar with quality system management, master quality management techniques, analysis methods and tools, familiar with 5S site management knowledge;
- Teamwork and organizational management skills, strong sense of responsibility, good coordination and communication skills and stress resistance.
- Can communicate fluently in English.
