• Lead and develop the production team to understand and align with the company's strategic direction • Develop and implement production plans and targets that are consistent with the company's goals, including quality • Monitor and control production costs to ensure financial efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards • Managing and controlling delivery times • Solve production problems, provide necessary internal and external support, and determine solutions • Control operations in accordance with the company's environmental policy (ISO 14001), quality policy (IATF 16949) • Other tasks might be assigned Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amata city Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 32-40 years
  2. Male only
  3. Bachelor’s Degree
  4. At least 5 years’ experience as a Production Control in Japanese automotive parts manufacturing
  5. At least 3 years of management (Managing more than 10 subordinates)
  6. Experienced in supervising the assembly of functional parts of the engine
  7. Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO14001
  8. Conversational-low level of English (Internal communication, reading and writing)
  9. Experience of set up factory, branch, company etc. is preferable.
  10. Conversational-high level of English (Communication with Japanese Manager) is preferable.
