คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Graduated as a top performer from a leading university.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or operations (fresh graduates welcome).
Passion for customer service, sales, and operations management in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members, with exceptional written and oral communication abilities in both Thai and English (TOEIC 500 or IELTS 6.0 minimum or equivalent English proficiency).
Adaptability and willingness to rotate across all branch roles to gain full operational experience.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges and multitask effectively.
Leadership potential with a goal to grow into management roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail operation needs.
