รายละเอียดงาน-Working together with the Sales team (Thai-Japanese) to improve their productivity by contacting customers/suppliers
-Acknowledges customers/supplier by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
-Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
-Handling sales paper works such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Sales Report
-Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
-Handle for import-export documents and, the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness -Interpret Thai-Japanese during meeting for both in office and on site
-Any task as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Thai Nationality
- Female only
- Age not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in related filed.
- New graduate welcome.
- Have working experiences in related fields.
- Japanese Business Level (N3-N1)
- Able to communication in English level for internal use such as email
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a highly fast-paced and pressured business environment and be deadline focused.
