รายละเอียดงาน• Responsible for all accounting and financial functions, ensuring the accuracy of documents and calculations.
• Manage cash flow forecasts, payment planning, and handle banking transactions, including guarantees.
• Prepare and submit monthly tax reports, including PND 1, 3, 53, and VAT (PP 30).
• Create inventory, sales, and performance reports and submit them to management.
• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare all required reports.
• Register new employees in government and company systems and create employee profiles.
• Update and revise company rules and regulations based on Thai law.
• Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and absence data.
• Submit documents to government agencies online or in person, including labor and social security offices.
• Calculate payroll and handle related payments and reporting.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and improve HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze and update salary structures, conduct salary surveys, and manage evaluation systems.
• Oversee recruitment activities, from creating job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding.
• Manage employee benefits, including enrollment and termination processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, organizational charts, and HR reports.
