Responsibilities:
- Analyze and calculate product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
- Develop and maintain standard cost models to ensure accurate pricing.
- Monitor actual costs vs. standard costs and investigate variances.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to optimize cost efficiency.
- Provide cost analysis reports to management for decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in costing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of costing principles, BOM (Bill of Materials), and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional team environment.
