- Assist in posting recruitment information, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Follow up the interview process, collect feedback, and assist in hiring decisions.
- Handle new employee entry procedures, including contract signing, file organization, etc.
2. Employee Relationship Management
- Assist in handling employees' daily inquiries and answering personnel policy questions.
-- Maintain employee files and ensure information is accurate.
- Assist in organizing employee activities and enhance team cohesion.
3. Attendance and salary management
- Record and review employee attendance and handle abnormal situations.
- Assist in calculating wages, social security, provident fund, etc. to ensure timely payment.
- Process employee applications for leave, overtime, etc.
4. Training and Development
-- Assist in organizing new employee training and tracking training results.
- Assist in developing training plans and arranging training resources.
5. Compliance and Policy Enforcement
- Ensure personnel policies comply with Thai labor laws.
- Assist in handling labor disputes and safeguarding employees’ rights and interests.
6. Other administrative matters
-
- Assist in handling daily administrative matters, such as purchasing office supplies, etc.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
