รายละเอียดงาน
Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure it is in accordance with the design, standards, and completed on time.
Able to work with relevant parties, contractors, design teams and QS team under pressure.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Age between 25-35 years.
- At least 3 Years’ experience in construction of resident projects, real estate development or project management.
- Direct background in construction management, preferable hotel and residential building
- Communicated skills and management with other related field, well organized & able to deal with contractors
- Knowledge and expertise in construction of Hotel, Real estate development and construction management filed.
- Knowledge and expertise in QS system work
- Computer literacy: Auto CAD, Microsoft office or any software relevant to the position
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive interpersonal.
- Good command in both written & spoken English.
