- Processing payments (Billing for Golf Fee, Restaurants) and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Assisting guests with luggage and other requests.
- Providing information about golf course amenities, services, and restaurants.
- Upselling souvenirs in golf shop to guests.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Must also be able to multitask and work in unexpected situations with calm.
- Contact and coordinate with another suppliers for golf shop goods.
- Managing crew scheduling also assign task to team.
- Making the report for inventory (Golf Shop Goods) also stock control.
- Preparing and completing flash report (Green Fee, Food and Bev.)
- To be flexible and willing when asked to fill in any areas where needed to help in an emergency or difficult circumstances as assigned or required by Management.
- To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as designated or required by Management from time to time.
