Who We Are
PJWOOD is a leading manufacturer of high-quality wooden furniture for export. As we expand, we are looking for a Production Engineer to improve our production processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure top-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Improve and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
✅ Analyze production data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
✅ Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles.
✅ Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to solve technical issues.
✅ Ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently.
✅ Support new product introduction and process validation.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong disciplinary
