1. Financial accounting and management
- Responsible for the factory's financial accounting and ensure the accuracy of the accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide decision support.
2. Cost control and analysis
- Track production costs, conduct cost accounting and analysis.
- Provide cost optimization suggestions and assist in cost control.
3. Tax management
- Responsible for tax declaration and ensuring compliance with Thai tax laws.
- Handle tax audits and provide required information.
4. Fund Management
- Monitor cash flow to ensure normal fund operation.
- Prepare funding plans and track implementation.
5. Budget management
- Assist in preparing annual budget and tracking budget execution.
- Analyze budget variances and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Audit and Compliance
- Assist with internal and external audits and provide required financial information.
- Ensure financial operations comply with company policies and Thai regulations.
7. Team management and support
- Guide junior financial personnel to improve team efficiency.
- Assist superiors to complete other financial tasks.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, fluent in Thai, good communication skills in English or Chinese
- Finance, accounting, finance and other related majors are preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting. Accounting qualification certificate or related certificates and those with manufacturing background are preferred
- Familiar with Thai tax laws and financial regulations, and have strong financial analysis capabilities
- Proficient in using financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) and office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong ability to withstand pressure, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, and teamwork spirit
