รายละเอียดงานJob Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the general ledger (GL) system, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).
3. Perform account reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of balance sheet accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
4. Assist in financial audits and internal control reviews, providing documentation and explanations as required.
5. Prepare and file tax returns (income tax, VAT/GST, sales tax, and other applicable taxes) within deadlines.
6. Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of taxes owed by the company.
7. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant with tax requirements.
8. Assist in tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
9. Coordinate with external tax advisors for more complex tax matters and ensure accurate reporting.
10. Receive, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
11. Prepare and process accounts payable payments in a timely and accurate manner.
12. Reconcile accounts payable reports to the general ledger on a monthly basis, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
