**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be a Thai national fluent in either Chinese or English, with a strong background in quality or production management and proven team leadership skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and team performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Management:**
- Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
2. **Quality Control:**
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
3. **Team Leadership:**
- Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
4. **Resource Management:**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation.
- Ensure the factory operates within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
5. **Health and Safety:**
- Enforce strict health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and address any issues promptly.
6. **Reporting and Communication:**
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to align factory operations with company goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory quality or production management.
- At least 2 years of experience in team management.
- Fluency in either Chinese or English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in manufacturing tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
