รายละเอียดงาน
- Spearhead the construction of the cost control system, encompassing the coordination of the production and procurement process system,digitization, procurement processes, and standard formulation.
- Devise and formulate strategies for achieving new product cost standards, overseeing and inspecting strategies,including cost planning and preliminary strategy analysis.
- Coordinate mass production cost reduction efforts, developing and implementing strategies, overseeing and inspecting strategies,
and addressing anomalies in procurement business, among other responsibilities.
- Conduct project vehicle target cost analysis, decomposition, and process evaluation.
- Conduct research on vehicle/cost laws, analyze raw material cost data, and forecast trends.
- Perform technical cost benchmarking analysis.
- Lead and participate in projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and the program management office.
- Collaboration with customer to collect the information of new model / ECI / PCR
- Coordinate Cost Reduction Activity to achieve the company target.
Prepare cost estimates and quotation in coordination for General Manager approval and further submittal to customer. Estimate shall include materials and labor for all projects.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education requirement : Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Logistic (for new graduate) and other related majors, especially outstanding candidates can relax the requirements appropriately
- Work Experience : More than 2 years of relevant work experience in Automotive Industry with Cost Planning / Procurement / Marketing / Business Planning
- Professional requirement in Cost Structure , Cost Estimation , Cost Analysis and Cost Controlling
- Comprehensive quality: Have strong language expression and teamwork skills, strong organization, coordination,and independent problem-solving skills, and strong learning and stress resistance.
- Language requirements: Have the score of TOEIC > 500 and those who can speak Japanese are preferred;
- Professional skills: Have good writing skills, be proficient in computer operation, and be familiar with Excel\Word\PPT and other office software;
