Job in brief •Receive the quantity of POSM from Sales. •Send the allocation numbers to the MS&P team for order confirmation and payment. •Order POSM to be sent to the Brand Team for artwork design. •Take the artwork to the supplier for production. •Notify Logistics to pick up the POSM for delivery to various stores. Job detail & KPI •Overlooking End to End POSM Process and ensure successful delivery of the project management •Weekly update of POSM planning status: - Bottom-up allocation quantity from KAMs - Quantity confirmation to producers(suppliers) from MS&Ps - Artwork Submission to designers(in house)/producers(suppliers) from BMs. - Delivery report from producers(suppliers) to deliverer(IEL) (All work stages require consistent following-up and back & forth communications from/to multiple parties for work to complete on-time.) •Weekly update of POSM delivery & installation status: - Delivery report from IEL to stores - Installation at the store by Retail Ops. Organization (All work stages require consistent following-up and back & forth communications from/to multiple parties for work to complete on-time.) •Create QR Code in Smart POSM Dashboard •Consolidate information: - Maximization Date(target) - POSM type - Quantity - Delivery addresses •Co-ordinate between multiple parties on: - designing/revising/approving artwork between Suppliers/Designers/BMs. - revising/approving POSM & POSM Code between KAMs/MS&Ps. - creating/revising Quotation and PO between budget owners/Suppliers. •Co-ordinate and follow-up on quotations and POs with Suppliers for on-time production/delivery and accurate work per alignment •Escalate any issues and help needed in each of the work stage

เคยมีประสบการณ์ ด้านประสานงาน การตลาด สื่อผลิดตภัณฑ์ อย่างน้อย 1-2 ขึ้นไป มาจาก FMCG จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถเขียน อีเมล์และอ่านภาษาอังกฤษได้ ในระดับดี
ทำงาน จ-ศ /09.00-18.00 ไม่มี WFH
สามารถ ใช้ Excel basic formular input and basic pivot table. (มีTest)
ต่อสัญญาทุก12เดือน พร้อมปับเงินเดือน + โบนัส
