รายละเอียดงาน
a. Responsible for customs clearance operations for sea/air/land shipments, including preparation of customs declarations, document organization, and submission.
b. Handle complete import/export customs clearance documents (bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, TISI, etc.), ensuring compliance with Thai customs regulations.
c. Monitor the status of customs declarations in real-time, resolve issues related to inspections, clearance exceptions, and tax disputes, and reduce the risk of customs clearance delays.
d. Address any issues that may arise during the customs clearance process to ensure smooth cargo clearance.
e. Understand and comply with Thai customs regulations and related policies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, aged 25-40, holding a valid customs broker license (ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าศุลกากร)
- At least 1 year of practical experience in Thai import/export customs clearance, familiar with Thai customs policies and procedures, proficient in using customs declaration systems (e.g., Thai e-Customs or third-party software), and knowledgeable about HS Code classification and FTA tariff preference rules.
- Associate degree or higher, preferably in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to independently handle customs clearance issues.
- Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Language requirement: Basic knowledge of Chinese and English is preferred.
