a. Handle customer inquiries and order processing, providing professional logistics solutions.
b. Track shipment status and communicate promptly with customers and relevant departments.
c. Address customer complaints and exceptions to improve customer satisfaction.
d. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and delivery timelines.
e. Record customer needs and feedback to optimize customer experience.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- a. Associate degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or international trade.
- b. Thai nationality, with at least 1 year of customer service or logistics-related work experience.
- c. Excellent communication skills, patience, attention to detail, teamwork spirit, and stress tolerance.
- d. Proficient in office software with strong data analysis skills.
- e. Language requirement: Fluent in English, basic knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
