Job Descriptions :
1. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.
2. Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
3. Responding to queries either in person or over the phone.
4. Manipulating queue of IT Supporter to support users.
5. Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software.
6. Following up with users to ensure issues are resolved.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer
2. Engineering or related fields (Minimum GPA 2.5)
3. At least experience 2 years in IT Help Desk, IT Support or related fields
4. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, including other tech products
5. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
6. Own car/motorcycle and driving license is a must
7. Fast learner and excellent communication skill
8. Good attitude with service-mind
9. Fair command of English
10. Native speaking in Thai language
