รายละเอียดงาน
-Responsible for the maintenance, development, and protection of systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and safeguarding against cyber threats.
-Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and monitoring of all network devices / servers, encompassing both on-premise and cloud-based environments.
-Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of common computer user issues.
-Contribute to organizational growth by developing and applying new knowledge.
-Support customer requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science , Information Technology, or any related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Support or IT Infrastructure.
- Have experience in IT fundamentals such as networking, servers, and IT systems that are essential for information systems
- Have extensive experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting general computer software applications
- Good skills in Conflict Resolution, Logical Thinking, Analytical, Communication and Problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of IT security framework.
