รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for the installation of facility machine - Production process development work to increase the capability of the production process (Process Performance). - Work on studying and improving the production process to increase the effectiveness of the production process (Quality rate). - Planning and controlling the budget of the production process development department to meet company goals and policies. - Planning and coordination with relevant departments to provide annual training and review of machine use. - Supervision of employees in the production process development department.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, Mechatronics or a related.
  2. At least 2 years of experience planning maintenance for industrial machinery.
  3. Develop and Improve production process in production line for effective performance.
  4. Analyse prevent find solution to solve problems in production process 1-2 year.
  5. Have experience in the engineering field in a pharmaceutical factory or food business, this will be an advantage.
  6. Experience in repairing, preventive maintenance, and installing factory or facility machinery.
  7. Experience in planning, controlling budgets and supervise employees.
  8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  9. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  10. Experience in QCC (Quality Control Circle), Kaizen, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
  11. Passed training and/or Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO14001, HALAL Food Safety & Quality Management Systems.
  12. Computer literacy of Microsoft office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and Autocad.
  13. Strong leadership skill, organizing abilities and inter personal skill and teamwork.
  14. Able to work as a team and work well under pressure.
  15. Good command written and spoken English.
  16. Good communication, presentation and coordination skills.
  17. Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
  18. Service minded, work well under pressure.
  19. Able to work at Kratumbaen, Samut Sakhon.
