รายละเอียดงาน
1. Coordinate/Receive customer complaints and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Coordinate with relevant departments, follow up on the results of root cause analysis, escapes, and problem resolution.
3. Report problems to supervisors and customers. Control and supervise In-process and Final Inspection Result verification according to the established plan.
4. Follow up on the progress of quality problem resolution in In-process and report the results.
5. Monitor the progress of Statistical Process Control (SPC) implementation.
6. Prepare quality documents according to assigned tasks.
7. Manage SAP system operations.
8. Supervise Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities of the Quality Assurance department.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration or relate field.
- At least 1-3 years experienced of Production planning in Automotive part industry.
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and Quality Management Systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Good command in English language
- Candidates with qualifying TOEIC scores (400 or above) will be given special consideration.
