Key Responsibilities •Strategic Content Planning: Develop structured content plans in advance, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand positioning. Present content ideas to management, providing a clear business rationale and expected impact before execution. •Content Execution & Consistency: Create well-structured and engaging content that enhances brand positioning, ensuring timely execution. •Event & Special Project Content: Work closely with senior executives and the marketing manager on brand collaborations, special initiatives, and product launch events, ensuring high-impact content support. •Social Media Management: Schedule and analyze performance across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line). Also, work closely with media agency to ensure that all the ads content have been optimized properly •Performance Reporting: Track content success, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. •Social Listening & Market Trends: Monitor audience behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends to refine content direction. •Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-fun

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

2+ years of experience in content marketing or social media strategy
Ability to create structured, brand-enhancing content plans in advance
Strong business mindset—understanding the “why” behind content decisions
Ability to present ideas persuasively to management and gain buy-in
Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills in Thai & English
Experience with social media management tools
Time management & organizational skills to plan and execute effectively
Experience in visual content creation (Canva, CapCut)
Background in brand marketing or digital strategy
Knowledge of paid social media advertising and audience segmentation
