-Create and manage SNS or in-game event plans in collaboration with the Game Marketing and Product teams.
-Work closely with the Marketing team to identify key segments to target, based on platform direction, competitor movements, market research, and user insights, through campaign initiatives.
-Work closely with the PM to prepare documentation, rules, and regulations for in-game event details.
-Work on the design brief and concept designs for marketing assets, including banners and videos, to support the marketing team and PM (depending on the SOW of each project).
-Analyze and provide feedback on competitors' game marketing campaigns, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses, and provide recommendations to relevant teams.
-Conduct potential game evaluations using various testing methods and report test results to the manager (optional).
-Address user concerns and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
-Evaluate user feedback, gather data insights for in-game features, and suggest improvements.
-Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
