รายละเอียดงานSnomaster Technology Thailand Co., LTD is looking for a The Sales Domestic & Customer Service role is responsible for managing local distribution, order follow-ups, local deliveries, spare parts supply, and customer communication. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service. Cooperate to solve product quality problems of Customers such as quality problems visit, take photos and write reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning, Distribution & KPI Execution
• Implement yearly sales budgets.
• Execute quarterly and monthly sales KPIs as per company targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance against KPIs.
• Contribute to the yearly sales performance overview.
• Oversee local distribution and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Coordinate local deliveries and manage logistics to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor and manage local spare parts inventory to ensure availability.
2. Order Follow-Up, Coordination & Operational Process
• Handle end-to-end local order processing.
• Track and manage customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Coordinate stock management and ensure order accuracy.
• Follow delivery and payment terms strictly.
• Work closely with Asia Pacific Sale department to determine which customers require follow-up.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Customer Relationship Management & Communication
• Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction and cooperate to solve product quality problems (such as quality problems visit, take photos and write reports.)
• Prepare meeting minutes and reports with photos from client discussions.
• Implement and track after-sales service performance.
• Participate in customer review meetings (monthly, half-yearly, yearly).
4. Performance & Budget Management
• Submit monthly KPI reports and budget conclusions based on sales and customer service performance.
