รายละเอียดงาน
Export:
•Planning Tank Allocation according to customer’s requirement.
•Liaise with Vendors, Mainly depots, haulier on daily arrangement.
•Allocate tank number into system once customer confirm acceptance.
•Ensure tanks are planned and allocated with minimal down time.
•Create & Send release order to depots
•Create & Send trucking order to haulier, if for the door shipment.
•Monitor & update depot out date into system.
•Verify vendor’s cost invoice and update costs into system
Import:
•Plan for empty return depot & inform to account management,
•Create & send storing order to depots.
•Create & Send trucking order to haulier, if for the door shipment.
•Update TF system on actual arrival date.
•Update TF system when empty tank return to depot.
•Follow up with depots to ensure tank availability.
•Experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics is an advantage
•Relevant experience is an added advantage.
วันและเวลาทำงาน:
จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 09:00-18:00 น.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or any related field.
- 1 – 3 years of relevant logistics experience, which can include import, export, or freight forwarding.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
