รายละเอียดงาน
IT Infra & Security Responsibilities;
1. Oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
2. Oversee and manage key IT management sheets that document critical IT assets, configurations, and access rights.
This includes:
2.1 IP addresses and MAC addresses.
2.2 Website blocking and email group addresses.
2.3 File server access permissions.
2.4 Licensing for each system and software used within the organization.
3. Implement proactive monitoring and maintenance schedules for IT systems to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
Enforce best practices for network security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
4. Administer the ATSG (Aisin Technical Support Group) check sheet, ensuring that all relevant IT processes and activities are documented and meet group standards.
5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and proper documentation of IT infrastructure and operations.
6. Oversee and manage the J-SOX (Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley Act) sheet for AISIN Group, ensuring that all financial and operational IT processes comply with J-SOX regulations.
Management Function;
1. Oversee and manage the organization's IT security protocols, ensuring data protection and system integrity.
2. Develop, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess IT department performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
3. Prepare and present daily, monthly, and yearly reports on IT projects and support activities to top management.
4. Develop and track the progress of IT action plans, ensuring timely execution and resolution of tasks.
5. Create, review, and maintain detailed job descriptions and functions for IT staff to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
6. Manage the support and maintenance of IT hardware and software, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female age between 38 - 42 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience over 15 year in IT Infra & Security.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective English communication.
