The Warehouse Manager plays a crucial role in supporting and managing IT systems to ensure smooth, efficient warehouse operations that fully meet business needs. Key responsibilities include: Team Management – Overseeing and leading the IT team within the warehouse. Training and Development – Providing training on IT systems and enhancing team capabilities. IT System Management – Managing network infrastructure, IT equipment, and warehouse software such as WMS (Warehouse Management System). Issue Resolution & User Support – Troubleshooting technical problems and assisting users. System Maintenance & Improvement – Ensuring IT systems are up-to-date and optimized. Data and System Security Management – Protecting information and IT infrastructure from security threats. Budget & Resource Management – Allocating and managing IT budgets efficiently. Reporting & Coordination with Management – Communicating key insights and updates to senior management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology ,Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 5 years’ experience in IT Project Management field.
Excellent communication, Data Analysis and Teamwork skills.
Potential to handle a leadership/lead role and strong decision-making skills.
Good responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Experienced in solving technical issues and managing the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. Capable of overseeing the development and implementation of technical solutions while efficiently allocating resources.
Flexible, positive-thinking, and self-motivated, able to complete tasks according to goals.
Experience in distribution centers (DC) will be given special consideration.
