To supervise the security and safety of the ISB community in all areas of both Aquatics Facilities and carry out care as required. To assist the Aquatics Director in the care and maintenance of both ISB Aquatics Facilities in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of service and learning to our students and community as a whole. To maintain the facility to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or related fields
American Red Cross Lifeguard Qualification (or equivalent)
C.P.R. and First Aid Certifications
Experience in lifeguarding and rescue techniques
Basic English communication skills
Experience in swimming pool maintenance
Commitment to teamwork, and respect and consideration for the skills of others
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions

Responsibilities 1.To comply with the Pool Safe Operating Procedures at all times. 2.To maintain a vigilant watch of the swimming pool areas in accordance with the operating procedures and take necessary action to ensure the safety of all pool users and staff. 3.To check the safety of equipment in areas of responsibility and report any damage or malfunction of equipment, plant or building fabric to the Duty Manager immediately after discovery. 4.To assist in the preparation and operation of events and activities, including the assembly and dismantling of equipment and minor repairs when required. 5.To ensure that a consistently high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained throughout the facilities at all times. 6.To patrol all areas of the facility and ensure that all areas are being used in the correct manner, making suitable adjustments as necessary. 7.To assist the Aquatics Director and Aquatics Staff in maintaining sports activity, activity areas and stores in a clean, safe and tidy manner. 8.To assist in the opening and closing of the facilities when required and assist in monitoring the security of the premises at all times. 9.Assist with the supervision and control of children’s activities including PE classes, after school activities and all other community activities scheduled. 10.Attend regular Lifeguard training sessions to ensure ongoing personal development and compliance of the requirements of the American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. 11.Perform inspection of pool safety equipment including rescue aids and alarms in accordance with the operating procedures. 12.To assist the Aquatics Director with any tasks involved in the operation of the Pool. 13.To undertake any suggested training requirements and to attend relevant training courses as required by the Aquatics Director. 14.To instruct swimming lessons for Physical Education classes and for the After School Activity: Learn to Swim. 15.To coach developmental squads for the Panther Swim Team and/or Jr. Panther Cubs (after school).
