รายละเอียดงาน
•Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance and quality control systems in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
•Monitor and improve food safety management systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant certifications).
•Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
•Lead and mentor the QA/QC team to maintain product quality and safety across all production processes.
•Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and supply chain, to enhance quality performance.
•Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of quality metrics.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the food manufacturing industry (experience from flour mill plants is advantage).
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC17025, Halal, and other relevant food safety standards
- Experience in managing audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
