A. Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of office equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, etc., ensuring proper functioning, timely resolution of hardware failures, software installation, and configuration issues.
B. Participate in the deployment and updates of desktop operating systems, office software, and related systems, ensuring compliance and access to the latest features for internally used software.
C. Provide timely and professional IT technical support to employees, addressing issues encountered while using IT equipment and systems through phone, email, or on-site services. Offer technical guidance and training to enhance employees' IT application skills.
Second-Level Support:
Network Support: Assist in resolving internal network-related issues, such as troubleshooting network connection failures, configuring and optimizing wireless networks, and ensuring stable and smooth office network operations.
Server and Storage Support: Assist in addressing internal server-related issues.
Data Center Management and Maintenance:
Capable of conducting daily inspections and maintenance of servers, UPS systems, data center air conditioning, and environmental monitoring systems to ensure the smooth operation of the data center.
Information Security Support:
Support information security-related tasks to ensure the implementation of information security measures (desktop security, network security, etc.) and the effective protection of information assets.
Asset Management:
Assist in the registration, inventory, and management of company IT assets, ensuring accurate asset information and providing technical support for asset procurement and disposal processes.
Low-Voltage Systems and Smart Campus Support:
Responsible for the management and maintenance of integrated cabling, security, attendance, access control, and other equipment within the campus.
