Responsible for the operation of company compensation & payroll processes.(e.g. wages, base salary, bonuses, income tax, short and long term incentives)This role will also perform tasks as HRIS in processing employees data & report including updating payroll and employee’s data, generating statistical data analysis and maintain data integrity.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
•Calculate gross and pay amount of compensations (e.g. wages, base salary, short/long-term incentives, overtime, tax withholdings, compensation adjustment, deduction, payroll liabilities) and ensure accurate and timely data input.
•Assist the manager in designing competitive compensation and benefit programs.
•Provide compensation data to surveys, auditor and prepare statistical data support using appropriate HR metrics.
•Work collaboratively and in a supportive manner with internal/external parties i.e. finance/ account department, Revenue Departments, Social Security Office to ensure good communication and overall objectives are achieved.
•Data administer, including enrollments, changes of job classification and terminations including reconciling compensation adjustment.
•Prepare and submit PND1/1Kor, Social Security and other related government documents within timeline.
•Maintain and oversee the maintenance of employee’s data record into appropriate employee files.
•Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive and confidential data.
