รายละเอียดงาน
1. Update clients’ data and project progression data.
2. Be the company center of sales information and sales presentation for internal and
external.
3. Initiate, communicate, coordinate sales with clients and interface internally to
ensure work related achievement.
4. Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer
retention and customer loyalty
5. Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum
profitability
6. Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all
aspects of the company
7. Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
8. Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective
approach for the company and its servcies
9. Consolidate, track and organize company’s contacts with current and prospective
customers in a single database
10. Initial review ITB/ RFQ requirements align with company policies, plan and services.
11. Identifying and coordinating a proposal team with the relevant service / product /
knowledge required to obtain a contract.
12. reparation of draft schedules and draft cost budgets, facilitating proposal review
meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign off,
proposal document production and delivery of the completed proposal within
customer defined timeframes
12. Coordination and editing proposal input from all stakeholders, typically involving
contributions from engineering, production/fabrication, QA-QC, finance, commercial,
legal and logistics
13. Co-ordination and production of proposals in response to ITB / RFQ
14. Follow up bidding result and analyze data to develop proposal strategy
15. Acquire customer budget of each ITB / RFQ
16. Approve Commercial proposal according to DOA
17. Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms,
general language and provisions.
18. Conduct contract strategy meetings

- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ , การตลาด , การขาย , วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ , นิติศาสตร์ , ภาษาศาสตร์
- ชาย / หญิง อายุ 25 - 35 ปี มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5-7 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสาร พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีมากๆ
- มีความรู้ด้านการตลาดและขาย
- มีความรู้ด้านการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถติดต่อประสานงานได้ดี
- การสื่อสารสร้างสรรค์และทรงพลัง
- การแก้ไขปัญหาและการตัดสินใจ
- การวางแผน
