รายละเอียดงาน
•Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth installation of LGE products.
•Train and advise support teams on proper installation techniques.
•Accurately estimate the cost of product installations.
•Manage the process of selecting and finding new carriers.
•Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with KPIs and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
•Use Transport Management System (TMS) to track shipments and installations.
•Prepare reports for monthly business reviews and KPI tracking.
•Maintain effective communication with headquarters and customers regarding installation and delivery status.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Native in Korean and Good command in English and Thai.
- Vocational Certificate, Bachelor’s degree, or higher in a related field.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or project coordination is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience working with electronic or electrical devices.
- Proficiency in using TMS and Microsoft Office.
