รายละเอียดงาน
1. Market Quality Monitoring & Control
o Monitor product quality issues in the market and ensure the Market Failure Ratio meets quality targets.
o Analyze and control failure costs related to market complaints.
2. Failure Analysis & Problem Solving
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate product failures.
o Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize defects.
3. Quality Improvement & Collaboration
o Provide updates on product quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to enhance product standards.
o Work closely with subsidiaries, headquarters, and customers to resolve quality concerns.
4. Customer & Stakeholder Communication
o Attend meetings with customers, subsidiaries, and headquarters to discuss product quality and improvement strategies.
5. Additional Responsibilities
o Support other quality-related tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, Quality Engineer certification, and knowledge of ISO standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of quality improvement.
- Proficiency in quality management tools, statistical analysis software
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, quality compliance standards, and best practices in the engineering sector
- Demonstrated experience in scaling quality operations globally, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in a foreign language to facilitate international collaborations.
