1. Lead new model projects & resolve trial production issues
2. Oversee new model process development & design
3. Coordinate production trial schedules & ensure process control
4. Prepare & submit documents (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, SOP, etc.)
5. Collaborate with internal teams & support customer requirements
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in an electronics company
- Proficiency in Cam 350, AutoCAD, 3D CAD & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, & ISO14001
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly & SMT processes
- Fluent in Chinese (HSK 4/5) & good English communication
