- Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs including mobile applications. - Directing system testing and validation procedures. - Directing software programming and documentation development. - Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals. - Working with customers or internal departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance. - Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system. - Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status. - Provide technical guidance and support development of team members including training, and Configuration management. - Prepare technical specifications for integrations, reports and change requests to HQ team. - Work with the Operations team to create "AS IS, TO BE, TO DO" improvement milestones. - Work with Operations to formulate a step-by-step plan to reach said milestones - Set clear improvement measurables for Operations and keep track of progress. - Report ongoing improvement tasks with trackable and measurable progress to leadership. - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. - UAT/Testing WMS system before Go live in warehouse for make sure system is stable and efficient for operation used. - Super user config parameter on WMS for make sure operation process work more efficient. - Apply system flow for support operation improvement inventory accuracy.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in Improvement Business Process.
Direct experience in IT application development and Warehouse busmess would be advantage.
Experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation Analysis and related business filed or New graduate under logistics engineering or relate field of logistics.
Good command of English.
