Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies
to enhance brand and increase customer engagement.
- Lead strategic marketing of Branding, Product and Campaign Communication
offline and online from planning, executing, monitoring to reporting.
- Build Brand Identity and improve Brand strength against major competitors.
- Took perspective of 360 degree view of marketing activities and successfully
coordinated with internal team and external team to achieve target.
- Align, steer and supervise Creative agency and Media agency.
- Steer and supervise CRM activities for holistic communication approach.
- Analyze and improve the performance of all Official communication channels
including website, social media i.e Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok
while monitoring for new update channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing communication materials.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust
strategies as needed.
- Manage the marketing communication budget, ensuring cost-effective
allocation of resources.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures and KPI.
- Analyze market research to understand consumer behavior and trends.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields.
- At least 5 year of experience in Marketing Communication
- Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and digital media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
