-Provide support in the formulation and execution of brand strategies, including the creation and refinement of the organization's style guides, brand guidelines, and the delineation of the brand’s vision, mission, and value propositions.
-Facilitate the translation of core brand elements into actionable and detailed strategies for market entry.
-Uphold brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.
-Aid in the establishment and rigorous enforcement of brand governance standards.
-Engage in the management and support of continuous market research and advertising initiatives.
-Participate in directing the creative aspects of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with the established brand governance.
-Assist in the development and execution of content development playbooks and guides for both internal and external stakeholders.
-Provide support in the generation of creative content, including campaign concepts and copywriting tasks.
-Utilize analytical abilities to aid in the interpretation of data from various sources, aimed at fostering innovative solutions.
-Assist in budget management and contribute to the development of the team.
-Participate in a variety of ad-hoc projects, including the formulation and implementation of organizational procedures and guidelines.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mass communication, marketing or related.
- Extensive experience in building a brand is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and CRM is a plus.
- Strong storytelling skills, with confident and enthusiastic presentation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
