1. Ensure high service level to customers for promotion and event demand while maintaining appropriate stock level at stores 2. Identify risk and opportunities, drive action plan to close the gap 3. Lead and improve demand & supply planning with a cross-functional team 4. Manage and supervise team for both daily and project operations related to supply chain aspect 5. Manage ad-hoc tasks related to any supply chain performance 6. Provide constructive feedback to manager to enhance team’s performance

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Economic or related field
At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in supply chain, demand planning, or product management
Experience in Retail, Hypermarket and FMCG is a requried
Experience in promotion, seasonal and NPD forecasting is a plus
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective communication, collaboration and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal, leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking with strong time management skill
Willingness to learn new things and teamplay mentality
Proficient in Excel is requried
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation (e.g., SQL Query) is a plus
