- Supervise a team of five staff members responsible for IT operation support, including consulting, coaching, and training initiatives.
- Implement a structured approach by assigning tasks to appropriate engineers and leading network support activities.
- Develop work plans and actionable deliverables for network operations while conducting assessments.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to network infrastructure and performance.
- Support communication strategies and evaluate the impact of network enhancements.
- Define success metrics and continuously monitor progress to ensure efficient network operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a network support operations team.
- Hands-on experience with ITIL frameworks, network management tools, and best practices.
- Expertise in Cisco Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches.
- Technical proficiency with Cisco Wireless Controllers.
- Strong experience with Next-Generation firewalls.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.
