- Administrative and Reporting Duties: Prepare reports on business activities, achievements, and financials for the operation; maintain organized documentation for project tracking.
- Policy and Procedure Coordination: Work closely with the Head Operation to implement and refine policies, processes, and procedures, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency.
- Assist in Sales and Marketing Strategy Execution: Collaborate with team members to support the operation in executing sales and marketing strategies.
- Mentorship Support: Help guide and support team members in reaching performance targets and implementing strategies under the direction of the Head operation.
- Quality Assurance Monitoring: Track course and program quality, analyze feedback, and assist the Head operation in implementing improvements.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, seminars, workshops, and corporate activities. Monitor event success and analyze feedback to improve future events. Attend events to promote courses and increase brand awareness. Assist in coordinating and managing event booths while supporting sales and marketing teams. Collect potential customer information for follow-up and post-event engagement.
- Training and Development Coordination: Assist in organizing training sessions for customer service and sales team members, ensuring alignment with team goals.
- Planning and Coordination: Aid in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to meet deadlines, under the guidance of the Head operation.
