รายละเอียดงาน
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Manage and oversee both inbound and outbound processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all orders are shipped on time as per platform requirements (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage, train, and guide warehouse staff, following company policies and processes.
- Ensure a safe working environment and maintain 5S standards.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and safeguard goods.
- Ensure data integrity in ERP & WMS, reporting any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with customer service to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track key performance metrics and generate reports as needed.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities in good condition.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP & WMS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse safety, and 5S standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
